I offer a range of experiences designed to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Whether through private coaching, DBT skills training, yoga instruction, intensives, events, or retreats, each service is thoughtfully created to help you free yourself from old patterns and create lasting change. My goal is to provide you with tools, practices, and support that empower you to reconnect with your inner strength, build resilience, and step into a more fulfilling life.

Mental Health & Mindset Coaching

This is the heart of my work. Through one-on-one coaching, I help clients reduce stress, overcome burnout, manage ADHD, and shift patterns of anxiety or depression. Coaching is not about quick fixes — it’s about creating sustainable change by building focus, resilience, and emotional balance. Our work together begins with a comprehensive intake session, followed by a coaching package designed to provide structure, accountability, and the space for powerful growth.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training

DBT skills are practical, evidence-based tools that help regulate emotions, improve relationships, and reduce unhelpful behaviors. Whether you’re new to DBT or looking to deepen your practice, I provide personalized skills training in areas such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These sessions are supportive, structured, and geared toward helping you integrate the skills into everyday life.

Intensives

For those who want to dive deeply into coaching in a short period of time, I offer customized coaching intensives. These focused sessions create the space to address core challenges, gain powerful insights, and experience meaningful shifts without the need for a long-term package. Think of it as a private coaching retreat—without the travel—where you can immerse yourself in transformation from the comfort of your own home.

This offering is available online, or for clients in Calgary, we can also meet in person at my downtown office (paid street parking available, and easily accessible by LRT), or at a mutually agreed upon public location within 30 minutes of the city.

Yoga Instruction (Calgary only)

For nearly two decades, yoga has been a grounding practice in my life, and I love sharing its benefits with others. My approach blends traditional hatha yoga with western alignment principles to create a safe, supportive, and accessible experience. I offer private yoga instruction in Calgary — either one-on-one or in small groups — with a focus on foundational postures, breath, and mindfulness. Sessions are available at my downtown office (paid street parking, easily accessible by LRT) or at an agreed-upon public location within the city.

Focused Productivity Lab

For those who struggle with procrastination or time management, I offer group-based Focused Productivity Labs. These sessions create a structured space where you can bring a specific task, receive accountability, and make real progress. Guided by the principle of witnessing and fueled by the collective energy of the group, each participant works on their own project while being supported by the shared intention of others.

Focused Productivity Labs are ideal if you need dedicated time to finally complete something that’s been weighing on you, or if you simply want the motivation and accountability of a group to move forward with clarity and focus

Events

Throughout the year, I host workshops, group classes, and special events designed to create connection and community. These events bring together elements of coaching, yoga, and mindfulness practices in an interactive, experiential way. They’re a wonderful opportunity to deepen your growth alongside others in a supportive environment.

Retreats

For those seeking a truly immersive experience, I will soon be offering private one-on-one retreats. These intensives are designed to provide deep focus, powerful breakthroughs, and the space to reconnect with joy, peace, and clarity. Retreats combine intensive coaching sessions with restorative practices like yoga and mindfulness, creating an environment where profound shifts can occur. Each retreat will be customized to your needs and goals — details will be announced soon.
